Double helpings of ZEN-inducing goodness today. Actually make that triple. Take 15 meditation, homemade green smoothie, yoga class. Yes! I am back on track. Yoga has proved itself to be the singlemost precious me-time I can find at the moment. Having had two kids my body (and my mind!) has taken a bit of a battering. I come out of a class feeling like I've done a workout, had a massage and had some mind-stoppage – triple the benefit in an hour and a quarter. Definitely has superior ZEN-giving properties for both body and mind.
