5 Minute NachosIt's Monday night, Saturday afternoon with a movie or some friends have come over to hang........you want something really quick and really easy and a little bit fun.
Nachos are wonderful to share and kids especially love the opportunity to "help yourself & make a mess". While the Mexican classic uses a slightly different sauce combo, the Bolognese can very easily be tweaked (and produced straight from the freezer!) to give an equally delicious version How to make (note, instructions are a general guide only) Put your grill on high (oven at about 180 is also fine) Spread nacho chips over a plate or in individual bowls Dollop the sauce on the top (your choice of in the middle or spread all over the chips) Sprinkle cheese over the top of all the sauce and chips Grill for 5 mins or until cheese browning on top Serve with a dollop of avo and yoghurt, on top or on the side ENJOY. YUMMMM You can pimp this up with any amount of extras from the fridge sprinkled on top........fresh herbs, jalapeno peppers for a kick, chunky avocado, tomato salsa. Make it your own with whatever you have.
